6 HOURS OF ZOUK is a form of bootcamp where participants meet in pairs for intensive private lessons. The idea: to offer Brazilian Zouk in places where no regular classes exist but demand is present. Participants take intensive private lessons right at their location and learn Brazilian Zouk from Alexej & Florence.
Participants organise themselves into groups of pairs. One organiser per group manages date, room and communication — organisation runs via WhatsApp groups. The bootcamp consists of 6 modules, built from basics to complex variations — like a dance school, only much more intensive.

Always 10:00–17:00Because the private lessons happen in groups, participants aren't alone after the bootcamp. A community forms where people meet and practise. You can keep practising or organise your own private social parties.
6 Hours of Zouk is our intensive group-private-lesson format for couples. Six progressive modules lead from the basics to advanced variations. One local person organises the group, venue and communication, and we arrange the booking directly.
Yes. 6 Hours of Zouk has already taken place in Germany, Switzerland and France, including Karlsruhe and locations in Switzerland. Current dates and locations are always listed on the 6 Hours page.
It depends on the workshop — the level is always stated (e.g. 'All Levels' or 'Inter./Adv.'). There are suitable formats for beginners.
Comfortable clothing you can move well in. Shoes with smooth soles are ideal — no sneakers with rubber soles.
Contact us via the form or Instagram. We arrange the format, date and details with you personally and usually reply within 1–2 days. Payment is by individual agreement, usually on site. Festival tickets, however, are purchased directly online in the respective ticket shop.
For our Freiburg workshops and classes, you buy tickets online in the ticket shop. You can pay with PayPal or through Stripe by credit card and, depending on your device and availability, with Google Pay, Apple Pay, MobilePay or Revolut Pay. The payment methods currently available to you are shown during checkout. Festival tickets (Bachata Zouk Royals, BachaZouk Festival) are sold online in the respective ticket shop. For private lessons and 6 Hours, we arrange payment and scheduling individually by message.
