Our schedule lists offerings marked as beginner, basic or Quickstarter. The required level, location and booking route are always stated with the event. You can also come without a fixed dance partner by booking your role as leader or follower.

People of different ages and backgrounds dance in the Freiburg community. Starting is not about a particular age, but about choosing a format that suits your level and learning pace.

Not necessarily. The event details state whether you can come on your own, whether partner rotation is planned and which leader or follower ticket you need. If you prefer to dance as a fixed couple, check the ticket-shop notes or ask us.

Locations can vary by offering and date. The exact current address is always listed with the event or agreed with you for an individual booking.

The ticket shop shows live which spots are still available. If a waiting list is offered for the event, you can join it there; otherwise, contact us directly.

Up to 7 days before the event starts, you can cancel your booking. We refund 95% to the original payment method; 5% is retained as a cancellation fee for non-refundable payment processing and handling costs. You may prove that no loss or a substantially lower loss was incurred. After that, refunds are no longer available, but you can transfer your ticket to another person after briefly notifying us. If we cancel the event, we refund the full ticket price.

For our Freiburg workshops and classes, you buy tickets online in the ticket shop. You can pay with PayPal or through Stripe by credit card and, depending on your device and availability, with Google Pay, Apple Pay, MobilePay or Revolut Pay. The payment methods currently available to you are shown during checkout. Festival tickets (Bachata Zouk Royals, BachaZouk Festival) are sold online in the respective ticket shop. For private lessons and 6 Hours, we arrange payment and scheduling individually by message.
